I - INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM

 

It is the philosophy of the Board of Trustees that individualized instruction is the most effective method of teaching-learning process. This is not to be confused with a one-to-one teaching process. It is meeting the needs of each student, whether it be in whole class, small group, or one-to-one instruction.

It is the policy of the district for personnel to be familiar with and use methods which will carry out this principle. It is also the policy of the district for personnel to be familiar with and use the "performance objective" approach to instruction.
