IGBA PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

I - INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM
 

Uinta County School District Number One shall institute and maintain programs for students with disabilities in compliance with all current applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the Department of Education of the United States Government and all statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Wyoming Department of Education.

 

Guidelines for providing these special services to students with disabilities are found in “Rules Governing Services for Children with Disabilities Chapter 7” of the rules of the Department of Education; applicable State and Federal statutes, rules and guidelines; and local procedures. Local procedures are maintained in the District’s “Special Services Manual” and may be accessed in the office of the Director of Special Services and in each school building. The local procedures in effect may be amended, modified or rescinded from time-to-time by federal or state laws, rules or regulations and such amendments, modifications or rescission shall be made a part of the local procedure on the effective date of their adoption by federal or state authorities.
