Uinta County School District #1 recognizes that extra-curricular activities are an integral part of the total educational program.

They build character and provide valuable lessons in teamwork, sportsmanship, winning and losing, hard work, etc. Participation in activities is often a predecessor of later success . . . in college, a career, and becoming a productive member of a changing global community.
