All overtime work shall require advance approval by the superintendent. Pay for overtime work shall be in accordance with the salary schedule or hourly pay approved by the Board for the particular category of non-certificated staff. Bus route drivers shall be paid for activity trips beyond their regular working hours in accordance with their current letter of understanding with the Board.
Those employees not covered by a specific overtime pay schedule approved by the Board shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half time the employees’ regular hourly rate for all approved work exceeding 40 hours in one week.
