All administrators and staff are encouraged to publish educational books and materials. Materials developed on district time by individuals or groups shall become property of the Uinta County School District Number One, and any income derived from such shall go into the general fund.

All materials developed by an individual outside of school time using personal materials shall be the property of that individual, and all income from such shall be his own.
