Salary schedules and hourly rates of pay for the various classifications of support (non-certified) staff shall be adopted by the Board. Compensation for non-certificated staff members shall be based on the responsibilities of each position, the qualifications needed, past experience of the individual employee and years of service to the district.
Salary changes or changes in job status of support staff members shall be determined annually by the Board.
