By Wyoming Statute, all school district employees must enroll in the Wyoming State retirement Program. By Board authorization, the District shall pay the District’s portion and the employee’s portion of all required Wyoming State Retirement contributions for each employee.
The Superintendent or his designee shall monitor the District’s and employee’s participation in the Wyoming State Retirement Program to insure strict compliance with all aspects of this law.
