Administrators and staff are expected to carry out regular meetings: all staff members are expected to attend professional meetings as may be designated by the administration. Communications among staff members are vital to the success of district programs; feedback from staff members concerning problems and success in their classrooms is an essential part of district unity and success.

Principals are expected to hold faculty meetings as needed for the purpose of planning and coordinating instructional activities.
