Office telephones may be used by staff members for making calls regarding students and other school business. They are not to be used for personal business calls except in cases of emergency. All personal long distance calls must have the prior approval of the building principal and shall be charged to the employee’s personal phone/credit card or charged collect. School related long distance calls shall be made according to Building regulations.
Students may use the office phone for emergency calls only. Other local calls are subject to building regulations. Students will be called out of class to answer emergency calls only. Emergency phone messages will be delivered to students as soon as possible.
