Building principals and the Director of Facilities and Maintenance shall be responsible for required notification of pesticide application on or within school buildings or real property used by Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming primarily for the education of students or for student activities or playgrounds in accordance with Wyoming Statutes as are now in effect, or may from time-to-time be amended.

Any notice posted shall be substantially in the form attached hereto, or as may be required to comply with current Wyoming Statutes or laws or regulations as may from time-to-time be amended.
