E - SUPPORT SERVICES
 

Uinta County School District Number One shall consider vehicles to be school buses as defined under State Board of Education Rules and Regulations, Chapter 2, Minimum Standards for Wyoming School Buses.

 

LICENSING OF BUS DRIVERS

 

All district bus drivers or individuals authorized to drive in the district, shall be licensed in accordance with Wyoming State Law 31-17-107 as amended, unless he is licensed to drive that class of vehicle, holds a valid Wyoming commercial drivers license with appropriate endorsements, and has attained the age of 19 years.

All other District employees driving district vehicles shall have a validWyomingState driver’s license.

Each bus driver must havea current D.O.T. physical examinationas required bystate law and federal regulations 34C.F.R., Part 391.41.

A copy of the driver’s license and physical examination shall be on file with the school district, according to the Third Party Examiners Requirements of the State Department of Transportation.
