EEACC STUDENT CONDUCT ON SCHOOL BUSES

Adoption Date: 2/17/1998, Revised: 6/12/1990; 03/11/08
E - SUPPORT SERVICES

Parents and students must understand that riding the school bus is a privilege, which may be temporarily denied or suspended if their child’s misconduct jeopardizes the safe operation of the school bus or the safety of the other passengers. When the child enters the school bus, authority lies with the bus driver and the school district.

The Superintendent, in consultation with the Transportation Director, will formulate regulations for acceptable student behavior on school buses and will outline a discipline procedure.
