In keeping in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming requires that all students participate in all district and state assessments with appropriate accommodations as deemed reasonable and necessary in an attempt to ensure that all students are fairly and equitable treated with no bias due to race, gender, limited English, disability or other reasons related to students individual capabilities.

The district hereby incorporates the State of Wyoming, Department of Education, "Policies for the Participation of All Students in District and Statewide Assessment and Accountability Systems", January, 2000 Edition as many from time to time are approved or enacted to accommodate students in need of accommodation of alternative assessment methods.
