JECB ADMISSION OF NONRESIDENT STUDENTS

J - STUDENTS

 

The schools of Uinta County School District Number One shall be free and accessible to all resident children, in accordance with District policy JECA. All non-resident students, unless formally admitted through the process of accepting Foreign Exchange students, will be admitted in accordance with Article 5 of Wyoming Statute 21-4-501 through 21-4-505. All students admitted to the public schools of the District are expected to comply with all statutes, policies, rules and regulations applicable to any resident student.
