NOTICE of COMPLETION and FINAL PAYMENT for

Uinta County School District No. 1

Uinta Meadows Elementary Drainage Improvements and District Bus Barn Paving Project

 

Under the provisions of Wyoming Statutes 16-6-116, last revision, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Uinta County School District #1 (the District) has accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents on the Uinta Meadows Elementary Drainage Improvements and District Bus Barn Paving Project located in Evanston, Wyoming, the same being work performed by Stacey Maxfield Construction, Inc. of Fort Bridger, WY, and this General Contractor is entitled to final payment.

 

Therefore, on November 17, 2022, being the 41st day after the first date of advertisement, and in the event that any claim is not filed with the District before this date, the District will pay the above-mentioned General Contractor the full amount due under the said contract,  provided all punch list and project close-out requirements have been met.
