Notification of rights under Every Student Succeeds Act [ESSA Section 112(e)(1)(A); 3116(b)(4)(A)]

Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s),

This letter is to inform you of your right under the Every Student Succeeds Act to be notified of the following:

1. The right to request information about the qualifications of your child’s teacher to include state license status with approved subject areas, emergency/provisional status, and field of discipline;
2. The right to request information about paraprofessionals:  are any providing services to their child, and what are their qualifications.
