D - FISCAL MANAGEMENT
It is the policy of the Uinta County School District Number one that, when possible, services, supplies, materials and equipment needed for the operation of the Uinta County School District Number One shall be purchase from local vendors who reside within the geographic boundaries of the Uinta County School District Number One and who have the appropriate Business License on file with the City of Evanston and/or Uinta County.
Local vendors who wish to provide such services, supplies, materials and equipment must comply with all bidding regulations, procedures, quality controls, and time-lines both in bidding and deliver, established by the Uinta county School District Number One. Failure of vendors to comply with these regulations will result in the rejection of their submitted bids.
In awarding the final bid, the Wyoming preference five percent (5%) differential, Statutory Provision(s) will be applied.
