D - FISCAL MANAGEMENT
 

All warrants or other orders to pay money drawn on the school district treasury, and all checks on a depository, shall bear the signatures of the Board Clerk or Treasurer and the Board Chairman.

In order to expedite the process of paying the district's obligations, it is permissible to use a facsimile stamp for such warrants.
