The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows, unless altered by unanimous consent of those members present:
- Open Meeting
- Adopt Agenda
- Approval of Minutes
- Approval of Payment of Bills
- Communications
- Action Items including personnel
- Discussion Items
- Board Round Table
- Adjournment
The order of business for a special meeting shall be determined by the agenda prepared by the chairman, as necessary in consultation with the members calling the meeting and/or the superintendent.
The order of business for work sessions shall be as follows, unless altered by unanimous consent of those members present:
- Open Meeting
- Adopt Agenda
- Policy Governance
- Instruction
- Management
Board meetings may be terminated or recessed if the agenda has not been completed by 10:30 p.m.
