BBBA BOARD MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
B - SCHOOL BOARD GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS
A Qualified Elector residing within the boundaries of the District is eligible to hold the office of trustee.
Qualified Electors include citizens of the United States who are bona fide residents of Wyoming and of the District, have registered to vote, and will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election. Persons who have been adjudicated mentally incompetent or convicted of felonies shall be excluded unless their civil rights have been restored.
A qualified person may run for the office of trustee by filing the appropriate application in the office of the county clerk not more than 60 days nor less than 45 days prior to the election.
