KNAH-KNAI RELATIONS WITH PARK/RECREATION AUTHORITIES
K - SCHOOL-COMMUNITY RELATIONS
The Uinta County School District Number One Board of Trustees, the Evanston Parks and Recreation District and the Evanston Parks and Recreation Board have entered into an Agreement. Under the Agreement, Evanston Parks and Recreation Board, established by the School District and the City of Evanston, operate the recreation systems established by the City and District in the District's boundary, in accordance with said Operating Agreement between the above named entities.
The Agreement is entered into for the welfare of the community and the youngsters of this District, and to make the best possible use of parks and recreational facilities for everyone. However, when in the judgment of the Board of Trustees, the current terms of the agreement do not serve the best interests of the District or the community, changes in the agreement shall be proposed or, upon mutual agreement between the parties, may be terminated.
