F - FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

 

All persons charged with supervisory responsibilities in connection with the construction project shall periodically submit progress reports during the construction period. In addition, all supervisory personnel shall prepare final reports and records dealing with their particular phase of the constructions project at the completion of construction.

Immediately following the completion of the project, the superintendent and the Board shall gather all documents connected with the building project for the purpose of preserving them as part of the school district’s permanent record.
