F - FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

 

The Board of Trustees will discharge its responsibility to secure architectural services by considering and selecting the architect or architects from those recommended to the Board by the superintendent of Schools.

The Board shall execute a contract document with each architect which shall include a general description of the project(s) contemplated, services to be performed by the architect and services to be furnished by the school district, compensation to the architect, procedures required for alterations of plans and such other provisions as the Board may deem necessary and advisable.
