Other deductions shall be approved by the superintendent only upon the written request of the employee. Garnishments/child support, when applicable, do not need superintendent approval.
Deductions for Absence
When an employee’s absence from work is not covered by paid leave arrangements, the employee will not be paid for days absent. For teachers, the fraction used in determining a day’s pay reduction shall be a daily fraction of their contracted salary.
