DID ASSET INVENTORIES

D - FISCAL MANAGEMENT
 

All non-expendable items belonging to the district and meeting the following criteria shall be registered on the district asset inventory and tagged as district property:

  1. The dollar value must be greater than $500; and/or
  2. 2 The item is electronic in nature

Each teacher shall be responsible for his room inventory at the close of the school year and shall either show cause for losses or reimburse the district for lost materials.
