The formal adoption of the annual budget shall be completed by the Board at the public hearing on the budget. Adoption of the budget requires a majority vote of the full membership of the Board of Trustees. Copies of the adopted budget document shall be forwarded to the county clerk, the State Auditor’s Office, the State Department of Education, the clerk of the Board of Trustees and the district budget officer. Copies of all publications of hearings shall be furnished to the State Auditor’s Office, the Wyoming Department of Education and the Legislative Service Office.
