C - GENERAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
 
The superintendent shall be responsible for seeing that all legally required records and reports are made and submitted properly and that the Board of Trustees is kept informed of the various programs, financial matters and conditions concerning the school district.

All administrative records of the school district shall be open for inspection by any person at reasonable times in conformance with state law of "Inspection of Public Records."

To qualify for accreditation, all reports as required by the State Board of Education for the prior school year must have been completed and submitted on time to the State Department of Education.

The Board of Trustees may periodically require reports from the administration regarding the needs and effectiveness of different aspects of the district's operations.
