B - SCHOOL BOARD GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS

For the general transaction of business, the ordinary parliamentary rules shall be observed; in case of any dispute about such rules, the rules contained in the most current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (informal) shall govern the Board in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with Wyoming Law.

Board meetings should be formal enough for orderly procedure, yet informal enough to be natural, encourage free discussion and promote group thinking and action. The Board chairman shall enforce order during the meeting.
