B - SCHOOL BOARD GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS

 

A majority of the full membership of the Board, that is five members, shall constitute a quorum. In the absence of a quorum, the only official action the members present may take is to adjourn the meeting to another time in the expectation of a quorum.
