NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Uinta County School District Number One, 325 Kirlin Drive hereinafter referred to as "owner", will receive sealed bid proposals for the Davis Middle School Roof Replacement, 837 No Name Street, Evanston, WY 82930

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The work includes, Existing roof removal and installation of new roof.

BID OPENING

BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED AS FOLLOWS:

Bids will be received in paper format until 3/4/2026 1:00 PM in the District’s Office located at, Uinta County School District Number One, 325 Kirlin Drive, Evanston, WY 82930, then publicly opened and read aloud.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS: Mandatory, held at Uinta County School District Number One at 2/18/2026, 9:00 A.M.at 837 No Name St., Evanston, WY 82930.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS

The Bidding Documents may be obtained by visiting the SFD Website at: http://sfd.wyo.gov/home

Steps

Step One – Click on “School Facilities” and choose “Projects” from the drop-down menu.

Step Two - Click on “School District Bid Information” on the left side of the page

Step Three – Click on “Listing of Upcoming and Current District Projects-QuestCDN” 

Step Four– On the left side of the page find the project that you are interested in and click on the project name. Revised August 2025 Bid Form Requirements Page 1 of 82

Step Five– Across the top will be a toolbar stating “View Plan Holders”, Download Bid Documents”, “Download Addenda”, and “View Bid Documents”. To download the bid documents you will click on “Download Bid Documents”.

Step Six– Once you click on “Download Bid Documents” you will enter your QuestCDN username and password or click on the “join” button. It is here you will fill out all of your companies’ information which will be added to the plan holders list and you will receive the bidding documents.
